  • Using one subscription on more devices than you paid for. Each subscription is valid for the number of devices you purchased; do not use it on more devices at the same time. Sharing a single account is not permitted and will result in suspension without a refund.

Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access.

4. Third-Party Purchases

Any transaction or purchase made with third-party sellers featured on our platform, including "click to buy" links, is solely between you and the seller. Waka TV accepts no responsibility for transactions with third parties.

5. Streaming Quality and Performance

The quality of your streaming experience depends on several factors, including:

  • The speed and stability of your internet connection
  • The capabilities of your device
  • The number of devices connected to the same network
  • Your geographical location

Although we strive to provide high-quality streams, Waka TV cannot guarantee uninterrupted service because of these external factors. Sharing a subscription may result in account suspension or device blocking.

6. Subscription Payments and Refund Policy

All subscription payments and credits used are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is complete, no refund or cancellation will be granted, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Please check your subscription details before confirming payment.

7. Use of VPNs and Proxies

Using a VPN or proxy server is permitted when connecting to Waka TV. However, misuse of VPN services to bypass geographical restrictions or breach these terms may result in restricted access or account termination.

8. Accuracy of Information

All information provided to Waka TV must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Waka TV will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised activity on your account is your responsibility.

9. Device Compatibility

To access our services, you must use devices that meet our system and compatibility requirements. Waka TV does not guarantee that the service will work on every device. Before subscribing, check our Help Centre for supported devices.

10. Internet Service and Data Usage

Users are responsible for all internet or data costs related to accessing Waka TV. Your network provider may charge fees for high data usage.

11. Subscription Sharing Policy

Subscriptions may not be shared between multiple users. Only one active stream at a time is permitted. Purchasing additional subscriptions allows streaming on multiple devices at the same time.

Any breach of this policy may result in account suspension.

12. Purchase and Payment Details

Purchases must follow the ordering procedures described on Waka TV. Prices, payment methods and delivery terms may change without notice.

13. Service Interruption and Suspension

Access to Waka TV may occasionally be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • System maintenance
  • Unexpected server outages
  • Network interruptions beyond our control

In addition, Waka TV reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access if a user breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity or misuses the service.

14. Legal Compliance and Termination

Waka TV reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms & Conditions
  • You breach any applicable law, rule or regulation
  • You attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the operation of the service

By using Waka TV, you acknowledge that legal action may be taken in the event of serious breaches.

15. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The website's name, logo, layout and scripts identify our service and may not be copied, downloaded or reused without prior written permission. Other product names, brands and logos mentioned on the website (player apps, devices, providers) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for description and compatibility purposes only, with no affiliation or partnership.
