When You Are Entitled to a Refund

At Waka TV, we work hard to give you the best possible IPTV experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so that you can test our service before subscribing. This lets you make sure it works with your device and your internet connection.

2. Refunds

  • Once your subscription has been activated and your login details have been sent, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are granted only if we are unable to provide you with a working subscription (for example, if your account is never delivered or the service never starts).
  • We do not grant refunds because of a change of mind, internet connection problems, device or player incompatibility, or channel changes, as these are beyond our control.
